- How much are shipping charges?
Shipping is free, worldwide!
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Fulfillment on most products takes between 2-5 business days. Add to this the standard shipping time, and this is approximately when you should receive your order. Different items may arrive in different packages.
If you have not received your item within 25 days of your estimated delivery time , please contact us so we can start a record of tracking. We are still facing some delays due to COVID, but thankfully this is happening less often. We must hear within 25 days.
What is your returns policy?
Please make sure you have determined your size as best you can before ordering. We are more than happy to help you with this. Due to the slim fit of these pieces it is recommended that your order 1-2 sizes up. I have selected these fabrics for the comfort of Autists/ND everywhere of all shapes and sizes.
We are a print-on-demand company, and we try to be as planet-friendly as possible, which means minimal waste! As we are trying to prevent clothing ending up in landfills so each item is made to order.
If you have ordered the wrong size, you may exchange your item within 10 days, at your own expense, and we will send you out your new item when we receive the return.
Please email us at info@ndrenegade.com with the following information: your name, address, phone number, the size originally ordered, and the size you want sent to you. We will give you the return address and instructions.
- What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please send us a photograph of your damaged item within two weeks of receiving it, and we will replace it for you. Send photos of damaged item, as well as your name, address, phone number and the size ordered, and we will send you a new item right away. Email info@ndrenegade.com
- What are the care instructions for your clothing?
Our tees are meant be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
Our apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.
When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
- Who designs your clothing?
Most designs were created by the founder, award-winning artist and RISD graduate Sally Willbanks. Others by our current autistic owner Talisa Rafferty.
- If I register my personal information and credit card information on your site, is it safe?
Absolutely! Your happiness and security are very important to us. All transactions are processed through a secure server.
